With Mini-Site Creator, Jim Edwards has created a remarkable
course. I say that because to me the course is exactly what
someone who is new at creating websites needs to get started. I have
personally used this course and I have found that Jim Edwards
has created a very easy to follow process to follow in creating a
mini-site and actually getting it up and running on the web.
First of all, keep in mind that a mini site is a site that has a very
specific narrow focus, such as getting a sales lead, or selling an
e-book, or getting names to build up an opt-in mailing list.
These are essential things that anyone wanting to build a web business
needs to know. That's why I find Jim Edwards' Mini Site Creator so
valuable. It shows you exactly, step-by step, how to do these things.
The course contains everything one
needs to actually get a mini site up and running on the web. The
course comes with the Mozilla web page composer, FTP software to upload
the web page to the web, and instructions on how to set up a hosting
account. Also included is header graphic software and a library of web
page templates.
The $397 cost of the course may seem pricey, but I can assure you that
it is not considering the hours and hours of tutorial training you
receive with the videos. Jim Edwards shows how to set up several
different kinds of mini sites, from a simple Google Adwords landing
page to a more sophisticated site selling a downloadable product like
an e-book and how to set up the site to get paid from the sale.
Jim Edwards also throws in some additional marketing goodies like his
"Ultimate Subscription Box " software.
At times in the course it may seem like Jim
Edwards is throwing a lot of information at you awfully fast. But then,
it is very easy to back-up the video and watch any portions as many
times as needed. Also, Jim Edwards provides access to an update
page to keep you up-to speed with any new developments.
There are some areas the course doesn't
get into like search engine optimization and copywriting. But still,
one can learn enough from the course to get as many mini sites as one
wants up and running quickly.
So, I enthusiastically give this product
a five-star rating. I think that the money spent on this course is
money very well spent.
